I get goosebumps looking back at this amazing compilation of the F1 in the Netherlands we all worked so hard on.
The crazy truck I designed for @tiesto ‘s performance and the Podium that my buddy @maxverstappen1 ended up winning on in front of our Royal family.. Just a picture perfect event I’m super proud of 🙏🏽
Thank you to the entire team of @heineken and @twofiftyk for making this collaboration so enjoyable 🧡 and ofcourse a big thanks to @bernhardvanoranje and his team for working their butts of to make this @F1 a big succes 🔊 🇳🇱

“Equilibrio Iconico” is a sculpture I made for the 60th anniversary of Miffy. It has been displayed in the Rijksmuseum, Museum de Fundatie and my exhibition in China 🐰
It could be pretty cool to make a minature version of this piece for at home? 💭 . .

Next to the Heineken #F1 stage I also had the honor to design the huge truck that will be used for the “drivers parade” I can’t wait for the Show to begin 🏁 #heinekenf1
I'm very excited to announce that I have collaborated with the @f1 and @heineken to create a massive colorful podium artwork for this weekend's Dutch Grand Prix! ❤️🔥🏁
The work pays homage to local culture, and you will see elements and colors in the design that are synonymous with the Netherlands, but with a contemporary twist 🧑🏽🎤
This 3D render is not the final work yet.. but I still wanted to share it with you guys 🍻
Who’s watching the F1 this weekend?

I am thrilled to finally show you a 3d render of the bronze sculpture my team and I have been working on for the past 1.5 years. "Valley of the Kings" is by far the most detailed artwork we have created thus far.
The sculpture is built up out of 2474 separate elements.
We wanted to make sure all of the Egyptian hieroglyphs were accurate to the original "book of the dead" , therefore we worked closely with a professor of Egyptology to make sure we got everything right.
The Book of the Dead consists of a number of magic spells intended to assist a dead person's journey through the underworld and into the afterlife. It’s been written by many priests over a period of a 1,000 years.
My new sculpture is a fusion of an astronaut combined with the mask of Tutankhamun.
The original mask is one of the best-known works of art in the world and a prominent symbol of ancient Egypt.
It was discovered in the "Valley of the Kings" in November 1922,
My concept to create a fusion between the "ancient and the future" is based on the hypothesis of "Ancient astronauts".
That intelligent extraterrestrial beings visited Earth and made contact with humans in prehistoric times.
Proponents suggest that this contact influenced the development of modern cultures, technologies, religions, and human biology and that advanced technologies were brought to Earth by ancient astronauts.
And the confirmed fact that the dagger entombed alongside the mummy of Tutankhamun was made with iron that came from a meteorite enhances the "magic" surrounding this hypothesis.
The sculpture will be made out of bronze and first released in two sizes
60cm tall and 80 cm tall.

We have been working on another detailed screen-print the past year.. this piece you might recognize as it is based on one of my original canvases.
We have spent the last 8 months testing with different shades of blue, pink and the gold splash is fully made from 24 karat gold leaf 🍂
We will only make 35 large hand made prints of this piece.
For interest please mail: info@josephklibansky.com#artprint#screenprint#limitededition#art
I wanted to show you a small part of our hand made screen-printing process.
Here you can see how we lay down the 24 karat gold leaf on the paper.. after this step we can start building depth in the image by creating shadows and highlights..
The gorilla head itself is build up out of 12 different colors of ink 🖋 as you can see it nearly looks 3D .. it started as a white piece of paper
