Each bear is made entirely by hand in an artisanal fine jewelry workshop just outside of the centre of Venice, Italy.<\/p>\n
The vision of Joseph Klibansky is to create hand made pieces of jewelry based on his large museum size sculptures, hereby creating actual “wearable sculptures”.<\/p>\n
Every piece is meticulously made by hand from precious metals, exactly the way Klibansky makes his large bronze sculptures. Because of this, a very limited number of pieces can physically be produced each month.<\/p>\n
Each bear carries the artist’s initials engraved on the back of the sculpture as a sign of authenticity.<\/p>\n
